In order to let workshop participants get the ideas of the workshop concepts and methodologies and apply what they learned into their daily works easily, we need your supports to collect TÜV Customer Service Cases by participants’ sharing during the workshops or trainers’ selves experiences. Ningy Yeh will collect those cases and share with trainers to quote when deliver workshops.
